How to Use Flyzell
A simple guide to getting your online store up and running
Step 01
Set Up Your Store
Creating your Flyzell store takes about 30 seconds. Here's how:
- Head to flyzell.com and click Register.
- Type in your email and pick a password.
- Choose a store name — this becomes your store link (like
flyzell.com/yourstore).
- Hit Register and you're in.
Good to know
Every new account gets a 1-month free trial. No credit card needed. You get everything — no limits during the trial.
Step 02
Add Categories & Products
Think of categories as folders that keep your products organized. You add them first, then put products inside.
PART A — Create a Category
- In your Control Tower, go to the My Store tab.
- You'll see a Category section at the top.
- Type a name — like Shirts, Accessories, or Homemade Food.
- Click Add Category.
Tip
Good category names make it easy for customers to find what they want. Keep them short and clear. You can always add more later.
PART B — Add a Product
- Click + Add New Product.
- Pick a category from the dropdown.
- Give your product a name.
- Set the price.
- Write a short description — what is it, what's it made of, what sizes are available.
- Upload a photo of the product.
- Click Save. Done — it's live!
Tip
Good photos sell. Use bright, clear images. Natural light works best. Add details like size, color, and material in the description.
Don't forget
After you add or change products, go to Settings and click Generate Storefront ⚡. This pushes your changes to your live store. Without this step, customers won't see your updates.
Step 03
Connect WhatsApp
This is how customers reach you. When someone clicks "Buy" on your store, they're sent straight to your WhatsApp with a ready-made message.
- Open Settings in your Control Tower.
- Find the WhatsApp Number field.
- Select your country from the dropdown, then type your local number.
- Click Save.
Tip
Make sure your number is correct — customers will message you directly on WhatsApp. You can change it anytime from Settings.
Step 04
Share Your Store
Your store is ready. Now let people find it.
- Your store link looks like this:
flyzell.com/yourstore
- You can also use your subdomain:
yourstore.flyzell.com
Paste it everywhere — your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, Facebook page, business cards, or just send it to friends.
Tip
Put your store link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp Business profile. That way, anyone who finds you on social media can shop immediately.
Step 05
How Orders Work
Flyzell doesn't process payments or handle delivery. It's simpler than that:
- Someone visits your store and sees something they like.
- They click Buy Now on the product.
- A WhatsApp chat opens with a message already written — product name, price, everything.
- You get the message and talk to the customer directly.
- You handle payment (cash, bank transfer, anything) and delivery between you two.
Tip
You're in full control. No platform fees, no commission cuts. What you earn is what you keep.

After your free trial, choose the plan that fits your business:

Tip
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Control Tower. All plans include WhatsApp ordering, your own store link, and a design that looks great on phones.
Common Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. If you can use email and social media, you can use Flyzell. Sign up, add your products, share your link — that's it.
Can I use Flyzell without WhatsApp?
Flyzell is built around WhatsApp ordering. You can set up a store without it, but customers won't be able to message you to buy. We strongly recommend connecting WhatsApp.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Choose a plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) to keep your store running. If you don't upgrade, your store goes on pause until you subscribe.
Does Flyzell take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay a flat yearly fee for your plan. That's it. You keep 100% of what you earn. No commissions, no hidden charges.
Can I change how my store looks?
Yes. Flyzell gives you 4 built-in themes — Minimal (white), Forest (green), Ocean (blue), and Midnight (dark). You can switch between them from Settings anytime.
How do I update my WhatsApp number?
Go to Settings, change your number, and hit Save. It updates instantly — customers will reach you on the new number right away.
Can I delete my account?
Sure. Email us at [email protected] and we'll remove your account and data within 30 days.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your data is protected with encrypted connections (SSL), secure password storage, and safe servers. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
