Welcome to Flyzell. By accessing or using our platform at flyzell.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Flyzell, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Flyzell is a platform that helps small sellers create online stores. Stores are connected to messaging apps (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) for order processing. We provide:

• Store creation and hosting.
• Product management tools.
• WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram integration.
• Order management dashboard.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

One account per person/business. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 1-month free trial with access to basic features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.

5. Pricing & Payments

Paid plans are billed annually:

• Starter: $13/year — Up to 10 products.
• Growth: $23/year — Up to 20 products.
• Pro: $40/year — Up to 50 products.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. All sales are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

6. Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

• Upgrade: Immediate. Credit is applied from your remaining plan balance.
• Downgrade: Takes effect after you reduce products to fit the new plan limit.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload (products, images, descriptions). By using Flyzell, you grant us a limited license to display your content on the platform. We will never use your content for our own purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Sell illegal, harmful, or counterfeit products.
• Upload malicious code or viruses.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.
• Scrape or copy other sellers' product data.
• Use the platform for spam or phishing.
• Impersonate another person or business.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Grounds for suspension include:

• Selling prohibited items.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Abuse of the platform or other users.
• Non-payment after trial period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flyzell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits.
• Data loss or corruption.
• Third-party actions (PayPal, WhatsApp, hosting providers).
• Service interruptions or downtime.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Flyzell harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
